Following 2011′s Humorous To Bees, which received positive critical acclaim,  For Distant Viewing is to be the third album from Atlanta-based Little Tybee, scheduled for release on April 9th. For Distant Viewing was recorded in Atlanta, GA by Ben Price (The Hives, Outkast) and mastered by Glenn Schick (Of Montreal, Manchester Orchestra), with an end result that captures the earnesty and creative passion of Little Tybee. The title track and official video to accompany can be downloaded and viewed below, alongside the album pre-order at the Paper Garden shop.

The Conveyor boys recently stopped in Fort Wayne for an incredible show (read a review HERE) hosted by Stereo/Pirate and while they were there they sat down for a stripped down stoop session. Watch the band perform ‘Two Davids’ and ‘Mukraker’ from their debut self-titled album and witness their incredible ability to turn these complex tracks into simple and beautiful acoustic renditions.

San Fransisco fans will be bouncing in their seats to learn that they will be getting a taste of the awesome bands kindly presented by The Owl Mag at Bottom of the Hill on July 19th.

We’re so excited that two of our very own bands will be playing together at what’s sure to be an awesome event – especially since we’re lucky enough to have both Fierce Creatures and Conveyor on tour in the West Coast.
