After doubling their Kickstarter goal last month, Little Tybee celebrated by hosting a live performance of their ‘Boxcar Fair’ project to those lucky enough to be in Atlanta last weekend. For all of us who were unfortunately not in Atlanta, here is a behind the scenes peek at the making!
The video is in it’s final edits and will be released to eager eyes within the coming weeks, so stay tuned! We had the pleasure of catching a sneak peek of the rough cut in the office and it is absolutely spectacular.
Also, rumor has it, a new Little Tybee record should be ready by March 2012, just in time for SXSW!

I used to do a big band/jazz radio show a few mthnos back, I bought a CD of old wartime big band for it, and I actually found the song that this tune is based on!! It’s called ‘sing as we go’ and I listened to it absolutely crying with laughter, couldn’t take the show seriously that night….
