From Yorkshire and the North East of England, came The Animals, Pulp, Sting, Arctic Monkeys, Mark Knopfler, The Human League, Brian Johnson (AC/DC), Prefab Sprout, Corrine Bailey Rae, Maxïmo Park and more. Now Generator and Timeless Music Project are bringing their presence across the pond to Austin for an afternoon chock full the best emerging music from the region for SXSW 2011.

About Timeless Music Project
Over the last 5 years, award winning Social Enterprise “Timeless Music Project” has been delivering projects aimed at drawing attention to and supporting Yorkshire’s talented music industry. Projects include regional showcase CDs, events, festivals, conferences. TMP made the case for and organised the first ever Yorkshire showcases at the British Music Embassy venue, SXSW in 2009 and 2010.
‘Plugged In Yorkshire’ and ‘Plugged In North East’ are music networks providing support services, networking opportunities and guidance to ensure music businesses and organisations in the regions have the best chance of success going forward.
